The purchase and refund terms displayed on MQL5 apply to the MetaTrader 5 version. Market rules generally do not allow purchased products to be returned. Mandatory statutory withdrawal rights and rights concerning defects remain unaffected. For functional problems, contact us through product comments or MQL5 messaging so that we can investigate.
Additional TradingView access
An active MQL5 rental includes additional TradingView access at no extra charge for the active rental period. There is no separate purchase price or TradingView subscription for this access. This additional access does not limit your statutory rights regarding the MQL5 rental. The guidance above applies to refund requests for the MQL5 rental.
