Right of withdrawal

Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, consumers may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

MT5 sales take place through the MQL5 Market; Additional TradingView access is included with an active MQL5 rental at no extra charge and is manually activated on request. The seller details and consumer information on the relevant sales platform and in your order confirmation apply to your purchase. Send your withdrawal notice to the seller identified there using the stated contact details or the platform's support service. For additional assistance, contact us at billing@tradereadysolutions.com. Use of the model form is optional.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, the relevant payments are refunded under statutory requirements and the buyer terms of the respective sales platform. The refund generally uses the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No refund fees apply.

Early performance and loss of the right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire when performance begins if you have first expressly consented, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and received a contract confirmation on a durable medium. Without these conditions, activation alone does not cause early expiry.
